We need a TC with 2 NICs, and not external USB NICs.
Our partner (Ibertmatica - Random) sent me this tC.
It is the perfect solution:

SELECT * dbo.tbl_TR_TaskTrail WHERE TaskState = ‘Failed’
I look the TaskID from the date
SELECT * dbo.tbl_TR_TaskTrail WHERE TaskID = ‘93dfa873c7af8e’
UPDATE tbl_TR_TaskTrail SET IsVisible = 0 WHERE TaskID = ‘93dfa873c7af8e’
After this sQL statement
I went to SCVMM R2 and I repaired the VM and the error disapear

Enterprise Architecture Definitions
hi
I would like to share some Enterprise Architecture Definitios (EA).
The purpose of EA is to identify and describe the enterprise-story, and help enhance effectiveness to keep the organisation 'on track' to that story.
(Tom Graves)
EA provides Technology roadmap align with Business objectives and service mapping;
Information, data warehouse, platforms, and business process tools.
(Sami Sheikh)
Zero and One.
The rest are derivatives.
(Grant Morgan Czerepak)
EA is the de-risking window on business decisions. (K V Ramesh)
Organize an enterprise to efficiently accomplish it’s mission and provide a roadmap showing where it is headed and how it will get there. (Mark REynolds)
You are not building a box (structure); you are building a system (architecture) - a system for more effectively planning and coordinating enterprise initiatives. (Kirk Rheinlander)
Purpose of EA is to define principles, standards, framework that enables IT to be agile to enterprise goals & its customer needs (Mohandas Shenoy)
Organize business processes and supporting IT assets(app and infra) to support business objectives (both current and evolving) by providing secure and timely delivery of information to contributing stakeholders.(Aljo Johnson)
The ability to identify and prioritize the changes/projects required to achieve the business to-be model from the current as-is business model.
(Greg Jones)
EA is about maintaining a map of where the IT org is and where we are headed. The chosen path is selected by combining business strategy, IT strategy and IT capabilities. (Randall Roberts)
To make change relevant and better! (Hugh Faulkner)

Windows Embedded. ewfmgr error. EWF error
hi
The windows Embedded XP or Standard.
Have you ghosted a Windows Embedded?
Did you had problems with the EWF program?
I followed this link
http://www.magicjacksupport.com/hp-thin-client-and-magic-jack-t685-420.html
Resume:
Go to a command prompt and type the following
rundll32 ewfdll.dll,ConfigureEwf and press Enter. You must type it exactly as I listed it as it is case sensitive.
Then type
ewfmgr c: -enable and then reboot and see if that fixes it.
aTTENTION:
I did it. The first time I didn’t got a good result. The EWF program did work.
I did it twice. And When I rebooted, The think client works properly.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/974598/en-us
So, Now, We did about C-States. We switch off the option.
And We changed to high performance the power options in the panel control as well

Hyper-V R2 reboot blade. No logs
We have 4 HP blades BL460 G6.
We installed Windows Server 2008 R2 and Hyper-V for VDI with Citrix XenDesktop.
The server restart by random.
No logs in Blade Chassis.
There is a dump file.
We studied the dump file and we sent it to HP.
The HP company advise us about to change some firmware and drivers about NICS.
I am not sure about the solution.
This picture is the NIC update:

Infrastructure Architect
There don’t seem to be any formal definition of what Infrastructure architecture is, the only one found by searching the web is from the Open Group where it is defined as:
Infrastructure architecture connotes the architecture of the low level hardware, networks, and system software (sometimes called "middleware") that supports the applications software and business systems of an enterprise.
The main thrust of this definition is to position Infrastructure Architecture relative to TOGAF and ends up as calling infrastructure architecture everything other than specific software project architectures which whilst not incorrect is a rather exclusive definition.
It would appear that there is not a formal definition of Infrastructure Architecture for IT so I have come up with my own:
Infrastructure Architecture is the set of abstractions used to model the set of basic computing elements which are common across an organization and the relationships between those elements.
So it would include the architecture of:
• Networks
• Storage
• Platforms
o Middleware
• Information
• Access Management
o Security
o Identity
• Management
o Deployment
o Provisioning
It does not include anything to do with design or operational processes or software design, these fall under the remit of SDLC, Operations Lifecycle and Software Architecture respectively. It does not include any business elements. It is a major subset of Enterprise Architecture and the platform for a Service Oriented Architecture. It does include Service Oriented Infrastructure and Grid.
The best post to explain it:

WmiPrvSE memory leak. The computer 'localhost' failed to perform the requested operation because it is out of memory or disk space
The computer 'localhost' failed to perform the requested operation because it is out of memory or disk space.
I got these error.
The disk had 75 % free space.
So, the memory is the problem
I killed the WmiPrvSE. The processes had 700.000k.
After, I killed it, everything goes well and the processe started again with 6.000k.
The hyper-v manager started to work without problem.
You can solve the problem restarting the server of course. But the server was in a enviroment production.
