hi
I have a W2003R2 with SCSI boot disk.
The SCVMM failed in the P2V.
I used disk2vhd from sysinternals, but the vhd file doesn’t run because is a SCSI boot disk.
I downloaded VVMware Vcenter Converter Standalone tool
I did a vmkd file
I change the vmkd to vhd type.

http://www.starwindsoftware.com/converter
http://www.bamford.me/?tag=convert-vmdk-to-vhd
http://www.2tware.com/product/6/2tware+convert+vhd+free
I did it with the first option
I only put the IC to get all drivers
And the machine runs well
